Dancing For Our Future Stars Gala @ The Crystal Tea Room

Saturday March 21st- IMS (Independence Mission Schools) held their first ever Dancing For Our Future Stars at the Crystal tea Room in Center City. The dance competition featured local celebrities from the fields of television, business, and government accompanied by some of the areas best professional dancers and choreographers. The all star lineup included: John Baron; Winning Captain of Hegeman String Band and Head Basketball Coach for Gwynedd Mercy University, Joey De Malavez; former Golden Glove Boxer, Melissa Magee; Meteorologist for 6abc, Katelyn McCabe; Associate Producer for QVC, Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader Malia Makalia, Sister Meaghan Patterson SSJ, Vice Principal at St. Martin de Porres Catholic School, Mary Lou Quinlan Award Winning women’s marketing expert and New York Times Best Selling Author, Bobby Shannon Jr.; President of New Year’s Shooters and Mummers Association, Javier Suarez; Executive Producer Hispanic Choice Awards, Criminal Defense Lawyer Nino Tinari, Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams, and Chairman & CEO of CM Wolfington & Co, Christopher Wolfington. Update: Best Dance Performance Mirror Ball Trophy went to Criminal Defense Lawyer Nino Tinari and his Pro Coach Renee DeJohn Renzi, Biggest Fundraiser title went to New York Times Best Selling Author Mary Lou Quinlan, Runner up for Best Dance Performance was Christopher Wolfington and Pro Coach Nikki Corinne Thomas.
